Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to make returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free. Here's what you need to know.

What CAN Be Returned or Exchanged?

You can return or exchange an item within 5 days of delivery if:

  • ✓ The item is unused and unworn
  • ✓ It's in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags are intact
  • ✓ You have your order number (proof of purchase)
  • ✓ There are no signs of wear, damage, or alterations

What CANNOT Be Returned or Exchanged?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (pierced)
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items without original packaging or tags

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at ruviajewels.help@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery

Step 2: Provide Details

In your email, include:

  • Your order number
  • Whether you want a return or exchange

Step 3: Wait for Approval

We'll review your request and send you approval within 24–48 hours

Step 4: Pack & Ship

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  • We'll arrange courier pickup from your address at no cost

⚠️ Important: Don't send items back without prior approval. We won't accept unauthorized returns.


Refund Details

How Long Does It Take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we inspect the item.

Where Will I Get My Money?

If you paid by card/prepaid:

  • Refund goes back to your original payment method

If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refund via UPI or bank transfer
  • Please provide your bank details when requesting the return

What About Shipping Costs?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • ✓ If the item is damaged/defective, we cover all shipping costs (including replacement)

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order
  • Subject to product availability
  • Must be requested within 5 days of delivery
  • Follow the same process as returns

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us immediately at ruviajewels.help@gmail.com

  2. Send photos of:

    • The damaged item
    • The packaging
    • Your order number
  3. We'll help!

    • Full refund (including shipping) OR
    • Replacement item sent at no extra cost

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • Only if the order hasn't shipped yet
  • Once your order ships, this cancellation policy no longer applies
